The mission of The Friends of the Harriton Preserve (FHP) is to act as land stewards and to foster community involvement around of the resources of the Harriton Preserve.

The Friends of the Harriton Pareserve is a not-for-profit corporation (501(c)(3)) organized for the benefit of the Harriton Preserve. The purposes for which it was orgnaized are: To work with Lower Merion Township to improve , oversee and mange the preserve parcel at Historic House and to encourage interest in and visitation by members of public to the preserve.
